Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 777jack ("777jack," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777jack online casino platform, website, mobile browser application, games, promotions, payment services, and all related features accessible at 777jack.net ("the Platform").

3.2 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

• Notify 777jack support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Only one account per player is permitted. Accounts must be registered in your own name. You must not register or operate an account on behalf of another person. All gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals must be conducted by the account holder only. 777jack reserves the right to request additional verification at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

777jack accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your 777jack wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777jack is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance. 4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 777jack processes standard GCash and Maya withdrawals rapidly; bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving bank's own schedules.

Before processing any withdrawal, 777jack may require completion of identity verification (KYC). 4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 777jack Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a player deposits in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777jack complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations as administered by the AMLC. We are required to report suspicious transactions and to conduct enhanced due diligence on high-value or unusual activity. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by players who have self-excluded or had their accounts restricted.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the validity periods applicable to any bonus claimed.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777jack Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including, but not limited to, JILI Games and PG Soft. 6.1 Game Fairness

6.4 Disconnections

If a disconnection occurs during a game round, the Platform will attempt to resume the game in the state it was in at the time of disconnection when connectivity is restored. If the game cannot be resumed, the outcome determined by the game server at the point of disconnection will be treated as final. 777jack is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777jack Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or result manipulation.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

• Circumventing any geographic or access restrictions imposed by 777jack.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777jack Platform — including but not limited to the 777jack brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777jack or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 777jack.

Privacy & Data Protection

777jack collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 777jack account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by 777jack

777jack reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within specified timeframes.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, 777jack reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination results from regulatory requirements or compliance obligations, account funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR directives.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777jack's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777jack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777jack makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any games offered thereon.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both you and 777jack submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact the 777jack support team to seek an amicable resolution. For complaints relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, you may also refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

777jack reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777jack will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 777jack Platform after any amendments to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
